Rinki Prajapati Bags First Place in Russian Poetry Recitation Competition
Prayagraj – Rinki Prajapati, a student of the University of Allahabad (commonly referred to as Allahabad University), secured first place in a Russian poetry recitation competition held at the Russian House, New Delhi. Her outstanding performance earned her a certificate and a scholarship to pursue studies at the Polytechnic University in Moscow.
Scholarship for Russian Language Studies in Moscow
Rinki, a third-year undergraduate student, is also pursuing a two-year diploma course in the Russian language. Recognizing her command over the language and her performance in the competition, the Moscow Polytechnic University awarded her a scholarship along with additional academic rewards.
Competition Organized by Moscow Polytechnic University and Russian Centre for Science and Culture
The competition, titled “Rus – Meri Aatma” (Russia – My Soul), was organized on April 14–15 in collaboration with the Russian Centre of Science and Culture, New Delhi. It aimed to promote the Russian language and culture among Indian students.
Multistage Selection Process and National-Level Participation
Participants had to go through a rigorous selection process, including self-introductions, the submission of short video presentations, and recitations of Russian poetry. The shortlisted students, including Rinki, were invited to Delhi for the final round.
Certification for Russian Language Course Students
Alongside competition winners, students who had completed certifications and diplomas in the Russian language were also invited to attend the event. On April 14, an introductory session was conducted, followed by the main poetry recitation program on April 15.
Rinki Prajapati Shines Among National-Level Competitors
Rinki’s heartfelt and expressive poetry recitation in Russian impressed the judges and earned her top honors among all participants. Her victory not only brought pride to the University of Allahabad but also opened doors for her to further her education in Russia.
डिप्लोमा छात्रा ने रूस हाउस में जीता प्रथम पुरस्कार
इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से रूसी भाषा में डिप्लोमा कर रही छात्रा रिंकी प्रजापति ने ‘रूस-मेरी आत्मा नामक महोत्सव में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है। यह कार्यक्रम मास्को पॉलिटेक्निक विश्वविद्यालय और रूसी विज्ञान और संस्कृति केंद्र नई दिल्ली की ओर से 14 और 15 अप्रैल को रूस हाउस नई दिल्ली में आयोजित किया गया। देशभर से भेजे गए दर्जनों वीडियो में से इविवि समेत चुनिंदा प्रतिभागियों को दिल्ली आमंत्रित किया गया था। इसमें रूसी कविता पाठ प्रतियोगिता में रिंकी प्रजापति ने प्रथम पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया।
