New Executive Committee of ABVP Prayag Mahanagar Formed; 66 Karyakartas Elected to Key Roles
Dr. Manish Srivastava Re-elected as City President; Prateek Mishra ‘Suraj’ Elected as Mahanagar Secretary
The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Prayag City, successfully constituted its new executive committee today at Rani Revati Devi Saraswati Vidya Niketan Inter College, Rajapur. A total of 66 karyakartas were elected to the committee, including 18 female members. The announcement was made by Dr. Vikas Kumar, Vice President of ABVP Kashi Province and the election officer for the proceedings, who formally dissolved the previous committee and declared the new one.
Dr. Manish Srivastava has been re-elected as the City President, while Prateek Mishra ‘Suraj’ has been elected as the new City Secretary.
Dr. Manish Srivastava currently serves as an Associate Professor at Kulbhaskar PG College, Prayagraj. Prateek Mishra is a law student pursuing his LL.B. from Rajendra Prasad 'Rajju Bhaiya' University.
In the newly elected committee, Dr. Shraddha Rai, Dr. Avinash Pandey, Dr. Virendra Singh, Dr. Prem Prakash Singh, and Dr. Yatendra Singh have been elected as City Vice Presidents. Additionally, Abhinav Pandey, Sakshi Pal, Srishti Bhatnagar, Aman Shukla, Surya Prakash Gupta, and Abhishek have been elected as City Joint Secretaries.
ABVP, the world’s largest student organization, continues to play a vital role in the educational, social, and cultural development of students. The newly elected executive committee will work actively throughout the year to address student-centric issues in Prayagraj.
Speaking on the occasion, newly elected Mahanagar Secretary Prateek Mishra ‘Suraj’ said, “Prayagraj is not only the confluence of rivers but also a confluence of intellect and cultural consciousness. The newly elected ABVP committee is committed to spreading this awakening among the masses. Every member is expected to discharge their responsibilities with dedication and commitment. Building upon the impactful work of previous years, we aim to work with even greater energy and resolve to address the concerns of students effectively.”
