Lucknow University Begins Centralized UG Admissions 2025–26 with Mandatory LURN Registration

Lucknow University has officially launched the admission process for undergraduate and postgraduate courses for the academic session 2025–26 through its Centralized Admission Portal, hosted on the Samarth platform. The first and mandatory step for all applicants is the generation of a Lucknow University Registration Number (LURN), without which no admission application will be accepted.
LURN Registration Begins from April 17
The University initiated LURN registration on April 17, 2025, and it is compulsory for all applicants seeking admission in either the main campus or affiliated government/private colleges. A nominal, non-refundable registration fee of ₹100 is applicable.

The Lucknow University Registration Number (LURN) acts as a unique identifier for each applicant and connects all their admission-related activities—application, verification, counseling, and allotment—across various courses and institutions affiliated with the university.

- Save and print this number for further use.
