Lucknow University Releases Detailed Fee Structure for PG Admissions 2025-26

Application Fees Categorized Based on Course Type and Applicant Category

Lucknow University has released the official fee structure for its postgraduate admissions for the academic year 2025-26, effective from 24 April 2025. According to the notification issued by the Office of Admission, the application fees for various PG courses have been categorized based on the nature of the programme and the applicant’s category.

For regular postgraduate programmes, including LLM and LLB, the application fee is set at Rs. 1000 for candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories, while candidates from SC, ST, and PWD categories will need to pay Rs. 500.

For PG Management Programmes, which include MBA and MBA in Tourism & Hospitality, the application fee has been fixed at Rs. 1600 for General, OBC, and EWS applicants. However, a 50% concession has been given to SC, ST, and PWD candidates, for whom the fee is Rs. 800.

The same fee structure is applicable to M.Ed., B.P.Ed., and M.P.Ed. programmes. Candidates from General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay Rs. 1600, whereas SC, ST, and PWD applicants will be charged Rs. 800.

All candidates are required to complete the payment of fees online through the official university portal by 15 June 2025, the last date for application submission.
