Key Responsibilities

Legal Interns at CashKaro will work closely with the legal team and gain exposure to several critical areas, including:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and various legal documents
• Conducting legal research on corporate law, intellectual property rights, and compliance issues
• Supporting compliance checks, due diligence procedures, and regulatory filings
• Maintaining and updating legal documentation, contract databases, and compliance records
• Organising and analysing legal data using Excel and various trackers
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to apply:

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of a 5-year law program or final year of a 3-year law program
• Strong interest in corporate law, legal research, and contract drafting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal documentation tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills

Internship Duration and Location

• Duration: Full-time for a period of 3 to 6 months
