BALLB (Honors) Admissions Open at Rajju Bhaiya University; 1860 Seats Available, Entrance Test in June
University to admit students in 5-year integrated law programme through Common Entrance Test; No negative marking
Prayagraj, April 19 – Prof Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) State University will soon begin the admission process for its BA LLB (Honors) programme for the academic session 2025–26. The university will conduct a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission into this five-year, ten-semester integrated law course.
Course Details and Seat Intake
The BA-LLB (Honors) programme is open to students who have completed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized institution with a minimum of:
- 45% marks for General category
- 42% for OBC
- 40% for SC/ST candidates
A total of 1860 seats will be offered under this programme, which includes:
- 60 seats at the University Campus
- 1800 seats across affiliated colleges*
Entrance Test Pattern and Syllabus
Admission to the BA-LLB (Honors) course will be through a Common Entrance Test (CET). The test will follow this structure:
- 100 multiple-choice questions
- Duration: 120 minutes
- No negative marking
The paper will assess candidates in the following areas:
- Quantitative Ability
- Data Interpretation
- Reasoning
- English Language Comprehension
- General Awareness
Mandatory Online Registration on Samarth Portal
All applicants must register through the Samarth portal, which is the centralized platform for university and affiliated college admissions. The online application process is expected to begin next week, and the entrance exam is likely to be held in June 2025.
Vice Chancellor’s Statement
Vice Chancellor Prof Akhilesh Kumar Singh stated that the BA LLB (Honors) programme is designed to prepare students for legal practice and judiciary-related careers. “The Common Entrance Test ensures transparency and merit-based admission. With a focus on legal education, this programme opens new doors for students in the field of law,” he said.
