Eligibility Criteria for PM Internship 2025

To be eligible for the PM Internship Scheme 2025, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Candidates should be between 21-24 years of age.
2. They must not be engaged in full-time employment or education.
3. Students pursuing online or distance education are eligible.
4. Annual family income must not exceed ₹8 lakh.
5. Candidates whose family members hold permanent government jobs are not eligible.
6. Graduates from prestigious institutes like IIT, IIM, IISER, NID, IIIT, NLU, etc. cannot apply.
7. Professionals with degrees in CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MBA, or master’s/higher education are ineligible.

Stipend & Financial Support

Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000, which includes:

• ₹4,500 from the Central Government
• ₹500 from CSR funds provided by companies
• Additionally, a one-time grant of ₹6,000 will be given
