Job Description

The firm is looking for candidates with strong expertise in drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, writs, complaints, and other legal documents for various courts and tribunals. The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Independently representing clients in legal proceedings and working alongside senior members in complex litigation matters.
• Preparing case notes, written arguments, and managing legal briefs efficiently.
• Briefing senior counsel and conducting in-depth legal research on relevant matters.
• Overseeing junior associates, guiding them in case preparation and legal drafting.
• Handling litigation cases, particularly in Delhi, with preference given to candidates with prior litigation experience in the region.

Application Requirements

Candidates applying for the position must submit the following documents along with their application:

1. Three drafts authored by them that involve substantial questions of law (procedural applications should be avoided).
2. Order sheets demonstrating their effective appearances in courts—two for each year of experience.

Remuneration

The salary will be as per industry standards, based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
