Nari Shakti Vandan' Program Organized Under Seva Kumbh-2025



Under the aegis of Seva Kumbh-2025, organized by the Hindu Spiritual and Service Foundation at Sector-8, Veni Madhav Marg, the 'Nari Shakti Vandan' (Women Empowerment Tribute) program was successfully conducted today. The event began at 11:00 AM with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a prayer and a soulful rendition of the Ganesh Vandana by Vandana Srivastava, Alka, Kalpana, Geeta, and Sudha.



The formal welcome address and introduction of guests were delivered by Mrs. Archana Shukla. The keynote speaker, Lokesh Bharti from Divya Jyoti and Jagruti Sansthan, emphasized, "The Mahadevi or Adi Shakti is considered the creative force of the universe, connecting and governing the entire cosmos."


Chief Guest, Parama Bharti from Divya Jyoti and Jagruti Sansthan, highlighted the vital role of women in nation-building, saying, "An educated woman as a mother, sister, wife, and daughter has always contributed to the welfare of the world."


Guest of Honor, Professor Meera Pal of Rajarshi Tandon Open University, stated, "The honor and upliftment of women are key to holistic national development." Similarly, Professor Vishnu Shankar from Delhi University remarked that women are the skilled architects of society, and their status reflects the cultural and intellectual level of a nation.


Presiding over the event, Professor Girish Chandra Tripathi, former Vice-Chancellor of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), stated, "The high regard given to women in Indian culture serves as an ideal for us. Women's participation and respect are essential for societal progress. We must reaffirm these values and ensure women receive equal opportunities and respect."


A series of captivating cultural performances by the students of St. Columba's School further added to the program's vibrancy. The event also honored 21 distinguished women for their contributions to society, including Deepa Barcha from the United Kingdom, Dr. Tusmul Mishra, Mrs. Anupam Shukla, Deepti De, Ranjana Singh, Rinku Kumari, and Sarita Tripathi, among others.




The program was compered by Mrs. Vandana Tiwari, with the vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Anamika Chaudhary. Distinguished attendees included Mr. Amarnath, Mr. Bhola Tiwari, Dr. Amit Kumar Dubey, Mr. Ashok Pandey, Rachna Gupta, Nirmala, Sushma Pandey, Geeta, Laxmi Ji, Kiran Tiwari, Mithilesh Ji, Aruna, Poonam, Dr. Rashmi Shukla, Mr. Vipin Chauhan, Devendra Shukla, Parvinder Tiwari, Om Prakash Dwivedi, Parmanand Shukla, Dinesh Bhardwaj, Shyam Ji, Anup Ji, Arun, and other esteemed guests.
