Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will assist attorneys in handling Indian and international trademark applications. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the clearance and prosecution of trademark applications.
2. Filing applications with the Indian Trademarks Office and performing preliminary trademark searches.
3. Drafting legal correspondence and maintaining daily dockets for clients.
4. Following up with clients on filings, prosecution updates, and other trademark-related matters.
5. Updating software databases and preparing trackers for assigned projects.
6. Ensuring efficient project delivery with high-quality client management standards.
7. Communicating effectively with clients and attorneys via emails and other correspondences.
Key Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
A minimum of two years of experience as a trademark paralegal.
Strong organizational skills to independently manage projects.
Attention to detail and the ability to deliver work efficiently within deadlines.
Proficiency in client communication and project tracking.
