NTA Releases Advance Intimation for UGC-NET December 2024 Exam City Allotment: 3 & 6 January
New Delhi, 24 December 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an important notice regarding the UGC-NET December 2024 examination. This notification serves as advance information for candidates about the allotment of examination cities.
UGC-NET December 2024 Exam Schedule
The UGC-NET December 2024 examination will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for 85 subjects. The exams are scheduled to take place between 3rd January 2025 and 16th January 2025, at various test centers across the country.
UGC-NET Decemeber-2024: City Intimation is live Only for Exam Scheduled on 3rd,6th,7th,8th,9th & 10th January 2025.City Intimation for Exam Scheduled on other dates will be live later.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC-NET December 2024 exam city intimation slip for exams scheduled on 3rd, 6th,7th, 8th, 9th & 10th January 2025. Candidates appearing on these dates can now check their exam city details on the official website. The intimation slip helps candidates plan their travel and stay in advance. City intimation for exams scheduled on other dates will be made available later. It is important to note that the intimation slip is not the admit card, which will be released separately. Candidates are advised to stay updated through the official NTA website for further announcements.
Examination City Intimation Slip
Candidates can now check and download their Examination City Intimation Slip through the official website of NTA, ugcnet.nta.ac.in, starting from 24th December 2024. This slip provides information on the city where the candidate’s examination center is located.

Important Points to Note
1. The Examination City Intimation Slip is not the Admit Card for the examination. It only informs candidates about their exam city to help them make necessary arrangements.
