With a strong commitment to excellence in IP law, the firm is seeking experienced professionals to join its dynamic teams at its Delhi and Mumbai offices.
Open Position: Trademark Agent (2-4 Years of Experience)
The firm is looking for a skilled Trademark Agent with 2 to 4 years of experience in handling trademark matters. The role involves conducting comprehensive trademark searches, filing and prosecuting applications, and offering expert legal counsel on various trademark-related issues. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for responding to examination reports and office actions, representing clients in hearings before the Trademark Office, and assisting with trademark oppositions, rectifications, and research-based litigation support.
Open Position: Patent Agent / Analyst (4-7 Years of Experience)
The second opening is for a Registered Patent Agent or Patent Analyst with 4 to 7 years of experience in patent-related legal matters. The primary responsibilities include analyzing patent documents, technical specifications, search reports, and prior art, as well as drafting and amending patent claims and legal memoranda. The selected candidate will also play a crucial role in developing responses to objections raised by patent examiners, ensuring full compliance with the Patents Act, 1970, and the Patent Rules, 2003.
