About the Atmiyata Project
Atmiyata is a sustainable initiative that complements India’s public mental health system by reducing gaps in mental health and social care services. Designed as a high-impact intervention, it integrates seamlessly with community dynamics to address mental health issues at the grassroots level. Currently, the project is operational in Gujarat, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra, bringing hope and care to underserved regions.

The Atmiyata Project is now hiring for multiple roles across various locations:
1. Research Associate (Capacity Building)
Vacancies: 3 position.
Location: Pune/Ahmedabad
Role: Work on capacity-building initiatives that strengthen the project’s reach and effectiveness in communities.
2. Assistant Program Manager
Vacancies: 3 positions
Location: Pune/Ahmedabad/Gudalur
Role: Oversee program implementation, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure project goals are met.
3. Research Associate
Vacancies: 2 positions
Location: Pune
Role: Conduct research to evaluate the project’s impact and contribute to evidence-based scaling strategies.
