Available Positions:

1. Partner

Experience: 10+ years in Banks or NBFCs with expertise in Mortgage (Non-litigation).

2. Vice President

Experience: 5+ years in Banks or NBFCs in a Legal Manager profile.

Specialization: Mortgage/Home Loans (Non-litigation).

3. Associate

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of property documents and title transactions.

Proficiency in drafting Title Search Reports (TSRs).

Fieldwork, including visiting Sub-Registrar Offices (SRO), cheque handovers, and Risk Control Unit (RCU) processes.
