The Department of Philosophy, Iswar Saran Post Graduate College, Prayagraj (affiliated with the University of Allahabad), is organizing a three-day National Seminar on "The Different Dimensions of Kumbh: Religious, Social, and Philosophical Perspectives". Scheduled from December 12 to December 14, 2024, the seminar will be held in a hybrid mode and is sponsored by the Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR).

Call for Papers with National-Level Recognition
Scholars and contributors are invited to submit their papers under the sub-themes related to Kumbh. Papers should be sent in Hindi or English by December 8, 2024, to the provided email. Selected papers will be published post-seminar. Additionally, a Young Philosopher Award will be presented to the top three papers at a national level.
Seminar Conveners and Leadership
The seminar will be chaired by Prof. Anand Shanker Singh, Principal of Iswar Saran PG College, and convened by Prof. Amita Pandey from the Department of Philosophy. The event is under the patronage of Prof. Sangita Srivastava, Vice-Chancellor, University of Allahabad, and Shri Ajay Shankar, Retd. IAS and Honorable Chairman of the Governing Body of Iswar Saran PG College.
