UPPSC Must Address the Concerns of Candidates Regarding UP PCS, RO/ARO Exams Without Delay: ABVP
The use of force against protesting candidates is condemnable; dialogue should be the only means to resolve all issues: ABVP
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), in light of the concerns raised by candidates regarding the UP PCS and RO/ARO exams conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC), urges the commission to take prompt and positive steps towards addressing issues related to the management and allocation of examination centers, normalization of scores, conducting exams in two shifts, and ensuring the integrity of the examination process through proper arrangements.
ABVP calls upon the UPPSC to resolve the concerns of candidates regarding the upcoming competitive exams, maintaining transparency and integrity, so that aspirants can prepare without any doubt or apprehension. ABVP also condemns the use of force on protesting candidates. The organization firmly believes that dialogue is the only appropriate way to address such concerns.
National Secretary of ABVP, Ankit Shukla, stated, "Candidates have been raising various concerns regarding the guidelines set by the commission for the upcoming PCS and RO/ARO exams, leading to protests at different levels. ABVP demands that the UPPSC promptly resolve these concerns. The integrity and transparency of the exams must not be compromised, and all issues regarding center allocation and normalization must be addressed seriously."
Abhay Pratap Singh, State Secretary of ABVP added, "ABVP demands that the UPPSC resolve the concerns raised by candidates regarding the fair conduct of PCS and RO/ARO exams in Uttar Pradesh at the earliest. In this regard, we call upon the commission to address the apprehensions related to normalization, center allocation, and to increase the number of districts where the exams will be conducted. We condemn the use of force against the protesting candidates and reiterate that dialogue is the only solution to all such concerns."
