About the Organisation

St. Joseph’s College of Law is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi and affiliated to Karnataka State Law University, Hubbali. St. Joseph’s College of Law has forayed into the area of imparting legal education in the academic year 2017-2018. It is the first-ever Jesuit Law College in South Asia. The institution is driven by the ideology of faith and labour that is resonated in the motto of the college “FIDE ET LABORE.”

About the Seminar

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing industries, research, and creative sectors globally. As AI systems continue to generate creative content, invent new technologies, and enhance the decision-making processes in businesses, the question of intellectual property rights (IPR) has come to the forefront. Traditional IPR frameworks were not designed with AI in mind, raising legal, ethical, and economic concerns. This seminar aims to explore the complex interplay between AI and IPR, addressing emerging legal challenges, innovations in policy, and the future of AI-driven intellectual property.
