CLAT 2025 Admit Card To be Released After November 15 at consortiumofnlus.ac.in
CLAT 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities has released the official notification to aware candidates about certain websites/blogs/social media platforms posting false and unauthorised news regarding the CLAT admission process and admit card. The Consortium of NLUs has not announced any official date regarding the admit card release yet.
The authority has informed candidates that they will not be responsible for any information about the CLAT published on third-party websites or social media handles. Candidates are hence advised to refer to the official website, www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in for any updates regarding the admissions process, admit card and examination-related. The Consortium of National Law Universities has clearly mentioned in their official notification that they have the legal right to take action against false information disseminated through unauthorised channels, including private websites and social media handles.
Candidates are officially announced by the side of Consortium, that any instructions related to the admit card will be disclosed on or after November 15th, 2024. Each candidate who has registered for the CLAT Exam 2025 will be sent a personal message after the admit cards are released by the Consortium.
Candidates are requested to only rely on the official notifications released by the Consortium of NLUs at www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in and are advised to not refer to any of the third-party applications and links to gain information. After the CLAT 2025 Admit Card is released, candidates will be able to access it at the official, websiteconsortiumofnlus.ac.in using the below listed steps.
Step 1: Visit the official website of Consortium at NLUs at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Step 2: At the homepage, look for the CLAT 2025 Admit Card download link.
Step 3: At the login page, fill in your login credentials.
Step 4: Click on the submit button.
Step 5: Your CLAT 2025 Admit Card will be displayed on the screens now.
Step 6: Check the details mentioned on the admit card, if found any mistakes contact the branch immediately.
Step 7: Download the admit card and keep a hard copy of the same for future use.
CLAT 2025: What is CLAT 2025?
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted to provide students admission to the undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programmes. These programmes are offered by a total of 24 National Law Universities in India. There will be 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in the CLAT Exam 2025. The CLAT 2025 question paper will cover topics such as legal aptitude, arithmetic, logical thinking, English, and general knowledge, which will include current events.
CLAT 2025: Eligibilty Criteria
Candidates thinking of appearing in the CLAT exam next year in 2025 must possess the below-listed eligibility criteria:
CLAT eligibility for a five-year LLB degree
The following is the minimum percentage of marks that candidates need to receive in their qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent):
The minimal passing percentage, or equivalent grade, is 45% for candidates in the general, OBC, PWD, PIO, NRI, and overseas citizen (OCI) categories.
40% or the equivalent grade for candidates in the SC and ST categories.
CLAT certification for an LLM programme
Applicants who meet the requirements for General, OBC, PWD, NRI, PIO, or OCI categories must hold an LLB degree or have earned at least 50% of the points necessary to pass an equivalent exam.
At least 45% of the available points or an equivalent grade must be awarded to candidates from the SC and ST categories.
