University of Allahabad Releases B.A. Admission OBC, SC, EWS & PH(LIST) Cut-off and Fee Submission Schedule for 2024-25

Prayagraj, October 5, 2024 – The University of Allahabad (UoA) has released the B.A. admission cut-off and fee submission schedule for the academic year 2024-25. The admission process will be based on the Combined Undergraduate Entrance Test (CUET-UG) 2024. Only candidates who registered and filled in their subject preferences are eligible for admission. The university has provided specific cut-off marks for different categories.

The merit list will be computed based on the CUET-UG 2024 best score, considering subjects from Domain subjects and General Test. For language subjects (Hindi or English), the best score will be used. If a candidate was absent for any section of the CUET-UG, zero marks will be considered for that section.

The allotted candidates are required to submit their admission fees online via the official university portal between the given timeframes, as per the cut-off marks. Admission will be strictly based on merit and availability of seats, considering the preference of the candidates in the specific program and subject combinations.

Category-Wise Cut-off and Fee Submission Details:

OBC: Cut-off marks between 352 and 359. Fee submission starts at 12:00 AM on October 6, 2024, and ends at 5:00 PM on October 7, 2024.

SC: Cut-off marks between 227 and 232. Fee submission from 12:00 AM on October 6, 2024, to 5:00 PM on October 7, 2024.

EWS: Cut-off marks between 334 and 336. Fee submission from 12:00 AM on October 6, 2024, to 5:00 PM on October 7, 2024.

PwD: As per the list provided by the Dean Students Welfare (DSW) office, UoA. Fee submission timing is the same as other categories.

Candidates are required to check the official university website or the Samarth portal for their merit list, seat allocation, and fee submission procedures.
