Essential Qualification and Experience
• Post - Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 55% of marks. Provided, for candidates with benchmark disabilities, the minimum aggregate mark is 50% of marks.

• At least fifteen (15) years of overall work experience with at least 4 years in a leadership position; and managing an executive education portfolio for professionals at all levels of experience OR comparable experience in operations.

• A proven ability to lead and manage a team of professionals effectively, to make tough decisions when necessary, and to work well with other senior staff.
