IGNOU Extends Assignments submission Deadline to November 30

Students can submit their assignments at the official IGNOU website -- ignou.ac.in.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) today extended the deadline for the submission of assignments for both ODL and Online programmes for December 2024 Term End Exams (TEE). Now, the deadline is November 30.

Students can submit their assignments at the official website — ignou.ac.in. 

“With the approval of the Competent Authority, the last date for submission of assignments (both in hard copy and soft copy) for Term End Examinations, December- 2024 for both ODL and Online programmes, GOAL and EVBB has been further extended up to 30th November, 2024,” the official notice stated.

Meanwhile, the university has also extended deadline for the submission of online exam form for the December 2024 term-end for both ODL and online programmes. Now, the deadline is November 3 without a late fee. Earlier it was October 28.

Recently, IGNOU on October 17 released the Term End Examinations (TEE) June 2024 results. Candidates who participated in the exams for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) diploma, or certificate courses can check their results at the official website – ignou.ac.in.  

Will assignments be submitted in both online and offline mode?

IGNOU assignments will be submitted in both online and offline mode. The first way to submit assignments is offline. For this, candidates will have to go to their study center and submit their assignments directly. Students must carry their IGNOU ID card with them.

The other way to submit the assignment is online. For this, candidates will first have to visit the official website of their regional center. The assignment submission link will be found on the home page of the website. Click on it. After this, submit the assignment by following the instructions.
