 Position Details

The firm is hiring for the position of Associate or Senior Associate, with candidates expected to have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:

- Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and procurement agreements.

- Structuring private equity (PE) and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions, along with drafting all necessary deal-related documents.

- A thorough understanding of the Companies Act 2013, SEBI regulations, and FEMA guidelines is essential for this role.

 Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with prior experience in drafting contracts and handling transactional work will be given preference, making this position ideal for those looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic legal environment.
