About Into Legal World Institute

About The Course
From understanding key provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) to drafting plaints, written statements, and affidavits, Into Legal World presents this Certificate Course on Practice and Procedure in Civil Litigation & Drafting to provide a solid foundation for building a career in civil litigation. The course also includes the interplay of CPC with the Evidence Act (now BSA) and ADR procedures. Further, it balances theory with hands-on practice, ensuring participants master their skills.
