The Certificate Course on Legal Drafting is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required for proficient legal drafting. Spanning over four weeks with two sessions each week, this comprehensive course covers a wide range of topics including the principles of legal drafting, drafting of pleadings, contracts, conveyancing documents, writs, and legal opinions. Participants will also delve into statutory and regulatory drafting, and explore the ethical considerations and professional responsibilities in legal drafting. This course aims to provide hands-on experience and foster a deep understanding of effective legal drafting techniques through practical exercises, case studies, and continuous assessments. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate, recognising their enhanced capabilities in legal drafting.
