Zebronics is seeking a legal expert with a robust background in corporate law and contracts law. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the firm's business objectives by performing various key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, legal notices, and NDAs.

- Manage litigation processes and facilitate dispute resolution.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal standards and compliance.

- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- An LL.B. degree from a reputable institution is essential.

- Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in an in-house setting.

- A strong understanding of Indian corporate laws and regulations, contracts, arbitration, and labor law is required.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are crucial.

- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is necessary.
