Registration Process for Vacant Seats at AKTU Begins for 2024-25 Session

Special round counseling for B.Tech, MBA, and MCA courses to start from Friday.

Lucknow: Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has announced the commencement of the registration process for vacant seats in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses like B.Tech, MBA, and MCA for the academic session 2024-25. The notification has been released by the university, and the registration process will begin on Friday.

Special Round of Physical Counseling

Vice-Chancellor Prof. J.P. Pandey informed that the special round of counseling for vacant seats in affiliated government and self-financed institutions will be conducted physically. Registrations for B.Tech, B.Tech Biotechnology, and Agriculture courses under the JEE will be open from October 11 to October 16. Candidates will need to report physically on October 18, and seat allotments will also take place on the same day.

CUET PG Counseling for MBA and MCA

For MBA, MCA, and MCA Lateral courses under CUET PG, registrations will be conducted from October 11 to October 16. Physical reporting and seat allotment will take place on October 22.

In addition, for courses like B.Tech Biotechnology, B.Des, BHMCT, B.Pharm Lateral, and B.Tech Lateral through CUET UG, the registration process will follow the same schedule, with physical reporting and seat allotment scheduled for October 22.

Eligibility for Registration

All candidates who have already registered for UPTAC 2024, but seat is not allotted or have withdrawn in Round 2, 3 are eligible for Registration without payment of any fee but online consent for Special Round Counselling (Physical Mode) is essential.

Fresh Registration can also be made in the Registration Duration with a Fee of Rs 1000.00

Participation Process

All Candidates registered must report physically at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Sec-11, Jankipuram Vistar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh India as per schedule mentioned above with all the necessary Eligibility Documents (Two Sets Self Attested Copies)

Seat Allotment

The Vacant Seats will be allotted on the basis of Ranks (CRL) of the candidates reported physically at AKTU for Special Round Counselling (Physical Mode) as per schedule mentioned above, in case a seat is offered candidate will have to submit a Demand Draft of Rs 70,000.00 in favor of "FINANCE OFFICER, DR. APJ ABDUL KALAM TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY UTTAR PRADESH" payable at Lucknow. Failing which the seat allotment will be cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next available candidate. This fee will be adjusted in the Institution Fee and the candidate must immediately report at the Institute Counter available in AKTU.

डॉ. एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम प्राविधिक विश्वविद्यालय में शैक्षिक सत्र 2024-25 प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के तहत बीटेक, एमबीए और एमसीए पाठ्यक्रम की रिक्त सीटों के लिए पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया शुक्रवार से शुरू होगी। इसके लिए प्राविधिक विवि की ओर से नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया गया है।

कुलपति प्रो. जेपी पांडेय ने बताया कि संबद्ध सरकारी व सरकारी स्ववित्तपोषित संस्थानों में खाली सीटों पर स्पेशल राउंड की काउंसलिंग फिजिकल होगी। इसमें जेईई के तहत बीटेक, बीटेक बायोटेक्नोलॉजी और एग्रीकल्चर के लिए पंजीकरण 11 से 16 अक्टूबर तक होंगे। फिजिकल रिपोर्टिंग 18 अक्टूबर को करनी होगी। सीट आवंटन भी इसी दिन होगा। सीयूईटी पीजी के तहत एमबीए, एमसीए और एमसीए लेटरल के लिए पंजीकरण भी 11 से 16 अक्टूबर तक होंगे। फिजिकल रिपोर्टिंग व सीट आवंटन 22 अक्टूबर को होगा। इसके अलावा बीटेक बायोटेक्नोलॉजी, बीडेस, बीएचएमसीटी, बीफार्मा लेटरल, बीटेक लेटरल वाया सीयूईटी यूजी के लिए पंजीकरण 11 से 16 अक्टूबर और फिजिकल रिपोर्टिंग व सीट आवंटन 22 अक्टूबर को होगा। रिक्त सीटों का विवरण यूपीटीएसी वेबसाइट पर है।
