 The Role: Legal Associate

ALL IP CARE is currently hiring for the position of Legal Associate. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-4 years of experience in legal drafting and a deep understanding of intellectual property law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and review legal documents with precision.

- Handle pleadings, contracts, and conduct thorough legal research.

- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documents.

- Manage multiple cases efficiently while demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

- Utilize legal databases and research tools effectively.

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in drafting legal documents.

- Strong grasp of intellectual property law.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in legal research and document handling.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Familiarity with legal databases and research tools is essential.
