Prayagraj, September 20, 2024: 

The University of Allahabad has announced the seat allotment and counselling process for the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) program for the academic session 2024-2025. Admissions will be conducted through the Combined Undergraduate Entrance Test (CUET-UG 2024) for registered students.

According to the official notification, the merit will be calculated based on CUET-UG 2024 scores in three areas:

1. A Language (Hindi or English),

2. Domain subject (Accountancy/Bookkeeping), and

3. General Test.

Students who did not appear for any of these sections will be assigned zero (0) marks for the missing section(s).

The seat allotment will be done through online counselling. Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay the admission fee within the specified timeframe to confirm their admission.

The cut-off range for the 16th Merit for SC category students is between 207 to 215 CUET-UG marks. The fee deposit window for these students opens on September 20, 2024, at 6:00 PM and closes on September 22, 2024, at 11:55 PM.
