University of Allahabad Releases B.A. 3rd Cut-off and Fee Submission Schedule for 2024-25

Prayagraj, 7th September 2024— The University of Allahabad has announced the cut-off marks and fee submission schedule for B.A. admissions for the academic year 2024-25. The admission process will be based on the results of the Combined Undergraduate Entrance Test (CUET-UG 2024). 

According to the official notification issued by Prof. Ram Manohar Yadav, Coordinator of B.A. Admissions 2024, students who meet the subject preference and merit criteria can now begin the admission process. The candidates are advised to visit the university's official website ([www.allduniv.ac.in](http://www.allduniv.ac.in)) or the Samarth portal ([alldunivcuet.samarth.edu.in](https://alldunivcuet.samarth.edu.in/index.php)) for counseling, seat allocation, and fee submission.

Key points from the notification include:

- Admission will be based on the best score from Language (Hindi/English), two Domain subjects, and the General Test from CUET-UG 2024.

- Candidates who failed to appear for any of these exams will receive zero marks for that section, and their merit will be computed accordingly.

- Seats will be allotted based on the CUET-UG 2024 merit list.

- The allotted candidates must complete the fee submission process within the specified window to secure their admission.

The university has set a cut-off of 531 marks and above for candidates in the Unreserved category, with no cut-off for candidates in the ST category. The fee submission window opens at midnight on 8th September 2024 and will close at 5:00 PM on 9th September 2024.

Admissions will be strictly merit-based, subject to the availability of seats.
