University of Allahabad Announces 6th & 1st OBC EWS Cut-off B.Com Admissions for 2024-2025 Academic Session

Allahabad, September 7, 2024 – The University of Allahabad has opened the seat allotment and counselling process for its Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program for the academic year 2024-2025. Admissions will be based on the scores of the CUET-UG-2024, which was held earlier this year. This process is exclusively for students who have registered for the CUET-UG-2024 and will involve online counselling sessions.

For merit computation, scores from the Language Test (Hindi or English), Domain Test (Accountancy/Bookkeeping), and the General Test from the CUET-UG-2024 have been considered. Candidates who did not appear for any of these tests will receive zero marks in the respective categories.

Candidates will be allotted seats based on their CUET-UG-2024 marks during the online counselling process. Once a seat has been confirmed, candidates must submit the admission fee within the specified window to secure their place.

The cutoff marks and fee deposit windows for various categories have been announced as follows:

- OBC: 

Cut-off marks: 330 and above. Fee deposit window: From 7th September 2024, 06:00 PM, to 9th September 2024, 11:55 PM.

- EWS: 

Cut-off marks: 347 and above. Fee deposit window: From 7th September 2024, 06:00 PM, to 9th September 2024, 11:55 PM.
