Prayagraj, 2nd September 2024 – The University of Allahabad has released the first merit list for admissions to the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Mathematics program for the academic session 2024-2025. According to an official notice issued by Dr. Niti Kant, Coordinator of B.Sc. (Maths) Admissions, the selection process is based on the scores obtained in the CUET-UG-2024 examination.
The merit calculation considers the CUET-UG-2024 scores in a Language (Hindi or English), two domain subjects, and the General Test. Candidates who did not appear for any of these tests have been awarded zero (0) marks for the concerned subject.
Students who have been allotted a seat in this first merit round must submit their admission fee between 3rd September 2024, 12:00 AM (Midnight) and 4th September 2024, 05:00 PM to secure their place in the program.
The cut-off marks for the Unreserved category in this first Cutoff have been set at 518 and above. Candidates are advised to check their seat allotment on the University of Allahabad's official Samarth portal ([link](https://alldunivcuet.samarth.edu.in/index.php)).
