About the Legal Internship Opportunity at Tripify Pvt. Ltd:

 Tripify Pvt. Ltd is seeking students or recent graduates for a legal internship.

 Eligibility:

 - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in law, engineering, or a related field

- Strong interest in intellectual property and patent law

- Excellent research and analytical skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Basic understanding of patent processes and procedures (desirable)

 Responsibilities:

 - Assist in various patent-related searches and analyses

- Support patent landscape analysis and freedom to operate searches

- Contribute to design patentability searches and non-patent literature searches

- Participate in custom patent searches and technology scouting

- Aid in patent summary creation, new application scouting, and reverse engineering

- Assist in technical monitoring, competitor monitoring, and legal status monitoring

- Support patent data verification, European patent validation, and patent filing form preparation

- Assist in drafting office action responses, proofreading patents, and preparing information disclosure statements

- Contribute to patent drawings/illustrations and design patent drawings

- Support patent drafting, sequence listing, and India IP filing tasks

 Stipend:

 - 15,000 – 20,000 INR
