Prayagraj, September 27, 2024: Rajarsi Tandon Mahila Mahavidyalaya, affiliated with Allahabad University, successfully concluded its Rajbhasha Hindi Pakhwada (Hindi Fortnight) celebrations on September 27, 2024. The event, held at the college's auditorium, aimed at promoting the usage and importance of Hindi as the national language.

As part of the closing ceremony, a distinguished lecture titled “Media’s Contribution to the Popularity of Hindi” was delivered by Dr. Dhananjay Chopra, Coordinator of the Center for Media Studies at Allahabad University, Prayagraj. Dr. Chopra emphasized the growing role of media in making Hindi accessible and popular across the masses and elaborated on its potential in reaching diverse audiences in the digital era.

The event was graced by Prof. Ranjana Tripathi, Principal of Rajarsi Tandon Mahila Mahavidyalaya, who expressed her gratitude to the chief guest and highlighted the significance of Hindi in unifying the nation. The session was coordinated by Dr. Neelima Singh, Associate Professor of Political Science at the college.

The closing ceremony marked the culmination of two weeks of activities that included debates, essay writing competitions, and cultural programs to celebrate and elevate the status of Hindi among students and the community.
