Litigation Focus

The internship will involve working on litigation matters across the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and various District Courts. Eligibility Criteria

The internship is not virtual, meaning all selected candidates will need to work on-site at the office, which is located in Noida. Given the nature of the work and the need for immediate involvement in ongoing cases, preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in the Delhi-NCR region and are available to join immediately. This geographical preference ensures that interns can fully participate in the dynamic environment of the office, attending court proceedings and working directly with Radhika Gupta and her legal team.

In line with the office’s need for on-site collaboration, there are no virtual internship slots available for this period. The emphasis is on full involvement in court appearances, legal research, drafting, and other hands-on activities that require interns to be physically present in the office and at court.
