New Academic Session Begins at Allahabad University, Students Visit Campus for Verification

The Allahabad University campus, along with its affiliated colleges, witnessed a lively atmosphere on Monday as students enrolled in the new academic session 2024-25 for undergraduate courses arrived. The admission process at Allahabad University is conducted online, and many first-year students visited the campus for the first time to explore their respective departments and complete the certificate verification process. Although classes were scheduled to begin on Monday, many departments could not commence their sessions due to the ongoing verification process.

On their first day, the new students familiarized themselves with the university’s rules, curriculum, reference books, hostel facilities, and library services. Meanwhile, CMP Degree College experienced waterlogging due to recent rains, resulting in many departments remaining locked. An orientation session was organized for new BA LLB students at the Law Campus.

At the same time, students' certificate verification is in progress at Ishwar Saran Degree College. This process will continue until October 2, with undergraduate classes for new students set to begin on October 3.
