NCC Recruitment Begins at Allahabad University, Deadline for Applications: September 26

University of Allahabad Announces NCC Recruitment for 2024-25 Session

Prayagraj, September 18, 2024 – The 15 UP Battalion NCC, University of Allahabad, has issued a notification inviting applications from students for the National Cadet Corps (NCC) recruitment for the academic session 2024-25. Freshly admitted students in the 1st semester of any undergraduate program, as well as 2nd-year students enrolled in four or five-year graduation programs, are eligible to apply.

The students interested in the three-year NCC training program can collect the application form from the Department of English and MEL at the University of Allahabad. The deadline for submitting the filled forms is September 26, 2024, before 2:00 PM.

The recruitment process includes a written test, physical screening, and document verification scheduled for October 1, 2024, at the University’s football ground. Candidates are required to report at 8:00 AM in appropriate sports attire, such as tracksuits, T-shirts, and sports shoes.

Applicants must submit the following documents along with the registration form:

Fee receipt for the 1st year,

Photocopy of High School and Intermediate Marksheet and Certificate,

Photocopy of bank passbook,

Photocopy of Aadhar card,

Passport-sized photograph,

Photocopy of certificates for any sports achievements (if any).
