Medha Launches Monthly Dialogue Series with Inaugural Lecture on Nation Building

 Medha, the newly established academic club at shatabdi boys' hostel , University of Allahabad, held its inaugural event on September 13, 2024. The highlight of the evening was the launch of its Monthly Dialogue Series, marked by a compelling lecture titled “Nation Building: Our Roles and Responsibilities.” 

 

The event was graced by the esteemed Prof. Harsh Kumar, Dean of Student Welfare at the University of Allahabad, who served as the chief guest. The lecture was enriched by insights from Dr. Govind Gaurav, Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at C.M.P Degree College Prayagraj, who delivered the keynote address. Dr. Sarvesh Singh from the Department of Ancient History, Culture, and Archaeology also contributed as a guest speaker.

The lecture was conducted under the chairmanship of Professor Abhay Kumar Pandey, Warden of Shatabdi Boys' Hostel, with Dr. Mrityunjay Rao Parmar, Assistant Superintendent of Shatabdi Boys' Hostel, overseeing the event's direction. The session was hosted by Yuvraj Bundela, who introduced the Monthly Dialogue Series and underscored the significance of the evening's topic.

The inaugural event successfully set the stage for Medha’s mission to foster intellectual discussions and engage students in dialogues that address critical issues facing society. The club’s establishment marks a new chapter in academic engagement at the University of Allahabad.
