Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai (MNLU Mumbai) has officially launched the 14th edition of the Padma Vibhushan N.A. Palkhivala Memorial National Moot Court (Virtual) Competition, 2024, along with the Padma Vibhushan N.A. Palkhivala Memorial National Research Paper Competition, 2024. The prestigious event is organized in collaboration with the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (Western Zone) and the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association – Mumbai.

Registration Fees and Process
For the moot court competition, the registration fee is set at ₹2,500, which is non-refundable. This fee applies to all teams, whether or not they participate in the oral rounds. However, there is no registration fee for those participating in the Research Paper Competition.
Moot Court Registration
Teams must complete their registration by 15th September 2024 (11:59 P.M.) by filling out the Google form provided by the organizers. After registration, changes to the team composition will only be permitted in the case of medical emergencies.
Research Paper Registration
Students participating in the research paper competition must confirm their participation by submitting their research papers on or before 30th September 2024 via the provided Google form.
