Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and Translation: Assist in typing and translating legal documents from Hindi to English for use in court files. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to ensure documents meet court standards.
- Digital Case File Preparation: Prepare digital case files by scanning and organizing documents, and using Adobe software to bookmark and manage files efficiently.
- File and Document Management: Organize, maintain, and manage files and notes on our office's cloud storage system, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- Inventory Management: Oversee office inventory related to case files, stationery, and client details. Maintain accurate records to ensure all materials are accounted for and readily available when needed.
Requirements:
We are looking for a graduate who possesses:
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe software.
- Strong proficiency in both Hindi and English, especially in typing and translation.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
