 Key Responsibilities

Selected interns will have the opportunity to work closely with the legal team at SVF Entertainment. This internship offers invaluable exposure to legal work in the media and entertainment sector. Interns will take on the following key responsibilities:

Legal Research:  

 Interns will be responsible for conducting in-depth legal research using platforms such as Manupatra, SCC Online, and other legal databases. The research will support casework, litigation, and day-to-day legal affairs, contributing to informed decision-making.

Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents: 

  The internship will involve assisting the legal team in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, contracts, agreements, and compliance reports. Interns are expected to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all documents meet the required legal standards and regulations.

Administrative Support: 

  Interns will also provide administrative assistance to the legal team. This will include organizing and maintaining legal records, managing case files, and ensuring efficient documentation practices. This hands-on experience will give interns a deeper understanding of the operational side of legal work.

Internship Requirements

To excel in this internship, applicants should meet the following requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:  

  Basic skills in MS Office and MS Excel are essential for managing documentation and assisting with legal tasks efficiently.

Legal Research Skills:
