The selected candidate will be responsible for handling litigation and arbitration matters independently in courts and tribunals. Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience handling litigation and arbitration cases. The ideal applicant should have:  

- Proven ability to manage litigation and arbitration matters independently  

- Strong legal research and analytical skills  

- In-depth knowledge of procedural laws, with specific experience in corporate, commercial, and civil disputes  

- Confidence in courtroom appearances and tribunal proceedings
