Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Correspondence: You will be responsible for drafting emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence to banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. Clear and effective communication is essential to ensure our messages are conveyed professionally.
Bid Form Management: Accurately completing bid forms for various auctions and tenders will be a key part of your role. This includes understanding the requirements of each bid, preparing the necessary documentation, and submitting them on time.
Client Interaction: Engaging with clients in meetings, understanding their needs, providing them with accurate information, and supporting them through various processes related to banking and auction services.
Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, such as organizing files, managing records, and performing tasks that ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the office.
Position Details:
Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
