 Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Advocate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of legal matters, including:

- Commercial Litigation: Representing clients in complex commercial disputes.

- Domestic and International Arbitration: Engaging in arbitration proceedings and drafting necessary documents.

- White Collar Litigation: Defending clients in cases involving financial crimes and regulatory offenses.

- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) Matters: Managing cases related to corporate insolvency and restructuring.

 Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, applications, and opinions.

- Ability to manage a variety of legal assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
