Eligibility Criteria for High Court of Bombay Recruitment 2024:

For Registrar

The officers possessing a degree in law and holding:

Analogous post in the Central/State Government/High Court; OR

Posts with Grade Pay of Rs.7600 with a minimum of 05 years regular service in the grade (revised to Level 12 in 7th CPC); OR (c) Posts with Grade Pay of Rs.6600 with a minimum of 10 years regular service in the grade (revised to Level 11 in 7th CPC);

Officers holding post of District Judge/Additional Judge/Registrar/Additional Registrar of High Court on regular basis.

For Joint Registrar

Officers possessing a degree in law and holding

Analogous post in the Central/State Government/High Court; OR

Posts with a minimum of 05 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.6600 (Revised to Level 11 in 7th CPC).

Judicial Officer with minimum of 08 years of regular service.

For Deputy Registrar (Protocol)-

Officers of the Central Government/State Government/High Courts;

holding analogous post on regular basis; OR

with at least 05 years regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- or equivalent; OR

with at least 06 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- or equivalent. AND

The candidate should have a degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.

Desirable-

The candidate should have experience in Protocol Duty.

For Principal Private Secretary

The Officers working as Deputy Controller of Accounts from the Central Departmentalized Accounting Organization of the Controller General of Accounts with a minimum of 02 years of service in the grade of Deputy Controller of Accounts under C.G.A., C.G.O.A., P and T Accounts and Railway Accounts Service.

The Accounts Officer with a minimum of 10 years of service in the grade of Accounts Officer in the C.G.A., C.G.O.A., P&T Accounts and Railway Accounts Service.
