My Legal Partners (MLP) is currently hiring for a new position at their West Delhi office. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated lawyer to join their team as an Associate Advocate specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). MLP is looking for candidates who are committed to long-term growth and see themselves building a future with the firm.

Position Details  

Title: Associate Advocate - IPR  

Location: West Delhi (nearest metro stations: Ramesh Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Kirti Nagar)  

Professional Experience: 1-2 years  

Education: LLB (3 years or 5 years) or LLM  

Job Responsibilities 

The role involves conducting trademark searches, providing legal opinions, managing IP filings, and handling the prosecution and renewal of trademark applications. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining client trademark portfolios, addressing client queries on IP practices in India, and drafting legal opinions. Additionally, they should be able to prepare legal documents such as Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Rectifications, and Rejoinders. Attending show cause hearings at the Trademark Registry is also part of the responsibilities.
