We are currently seeking qualified candidates for our Trademark and Copyrights Prosecution Practice. Here are the details:

Position: Associate – Trademarks  

Qualification: LLB (3/5 years)

Job Description:  

The associate will play a vital role in our trademark and copyright prosecution practice. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting trademark and copyright searches.

- Drafting and filing applications.

- Managing prosecution processes.

- Handling oppositions, cancellations, and assignment deeds.

- Dealing with other related legal matters.

 Important Note

Selected candidates will be required to complete a six-month assessment internship period. This internship will be paid for those who have completed their degree and are not currently students.
