Delhi University Mop-up Round Registration For UG Admissions 2024 Begins At admissions.uod.ac.in, Apply By September 29

The University of Delhi (DU) has announced a mop-up round for undergraduate (UG) admissions to fill available seats in select colleges and programs. The list of vacant seats was published on September 27, 2024, at 5 PM. Candidates can view the available seats by visiting the official website: admissions.uod.ac.in.

Registration for the DU UG mop-up round admission began on September 27 at 5 pm and will continue till September 29, 2024 (11.59 pm). Candidates will be able to apply to colleges and programmes between September 30 (5 pm) and October 2, 2024 (11.59 pm). From October 3 (2 PM) to October 5 (5 PM), the colleges will select and grant admissions against the DU UG mop-up round). The last date to pay the admission fee for DU admission is October 6, 2024, till 5 PM.

DU Admissions 2024: Steps to Register

Step 1: Visit the official website: ugadmission.uod.ac.in/mopup and click on New Registration

Step 2: Complete your profile with the necessary details

Step 3: Ensure that the marks filled in the academic detail section are correct

Step 4: Log in to the dashboard and select the programmes and colleges

Step 5: Wait for approval from the college and pay the fees to complete the admission

Step 6: Candidates must save the confirmation page and take a printout of it for future reference.

DU Admissions 2024 Registration Fee

The registration fee for the General/EWS/OBC-NCL is Rs 250. For the SC/ST/PwBD candidates, it is Rs 100. According to the notification issued, candidates who have registered through the CSAS portal need not submit the registration fee. The registration fee will however be non-refundable for fresh registrations.

DU UG Admissions 2024: Eligibility Criteria 

Admission in the mop-up round will be done based on the merit score of the qualifying examination, based on the programme-specific eligibility.

Candidates who have not secured admission to any program or college within DU and wish to enrol in the selected colleges and programs available during the mop-up admission round must complete the registration process on the mop-up admission portal: ugadmission.uod.ac.in/mopup/index.php

Candidates who have already completed registration on the CSAS UG 2024 portal are exempt from paying any additional registration fee. New applicants are required to pay a fee of Rs 250 for unreserved, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates need to pay Rs 100.
