CUET UG ADMISSION 2024: Medical Examination for Physically Handicapped Candidates Seeking Admission in UoA to be Held on September 26, 2024

The University of Allahabad (UoA) has announced that all Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates applying for undergraduate courses under the PH quota, and who completed their registration process for the medical examination on September 17 and 18, 2024, must appear before the Medical Board on Thursday, September 26, 2024, by 1:30 PM.

The examination will be held at the Office of the Dean, Students' Welfare (DSW), University of Allahabad. Candidates are required to bring their original documents, including their Admit Card, Aadhar Card, Score Card, and Disability Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), which must also be visible on the Unique Disability ID (UDID) portal.

The university has clarified that no further medical examinations will be conducted for these candidates after the aforementioned date.

This medical examination is mandatory for candidates seeking admission under the PwD quota.

All the PwD candidates of UG Courses who seek admission in UoA under PH Quota and have completed their registration Process for medical examination at DSW Office of UoA on 17.09.2024 (Tuesday) & 18.09.2024 (Wednesday ) needs to appear before the medical Board for medical examination which is scheduled to be held on 26.09.2024 (Thursday) by 01.30pm at the office of the Dean, students welfare, University of Allahabad with their original document/certificate of Admit card, Aadhar Card, Score Card and Disability Certificate issued by the CMO and must be visible on UDID.

इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय में विकलांग उम्मीदवारों का मेडिकल परीक्षण 26 सितंबर को

इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय के स्नातक पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए सभी विकलांग उम्मीदवार जो विकलांग कोटा के तहत इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय में प्रवेश चाहते है और वे दिनांक 17/09/2024 (मंगलवार) और 18/09/2024 (बुद्धवार) को इ0वि0वि0 के डीन विद्यार्थी कल्याण कार्यालय में मेडिकल परीक्षण के लिए अपनी पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लिए है, उन्हें मेडिकल बोर्ड के समक्ष दिनांक 26/09/204 (गुरूवार) को दोपहर 01ः30 बजे अधिष्ठाता छात्र कल्याण कार्यालय इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय में अपने समस्त मूल दस्तावेज/प्रमाणपत्र (जैसे एडिमट कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, स्कोर कार्ड और विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र जो सी0एम0ओ0 द्वारा हो और यूडीआईडी पर अवश्य उपल्बध हो) के साथ उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य होगा। कृपया ध्यान दे कि उपरोक्त तिथि के बाद स्नातक के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए दोबारा कोई मेडिकल परीक्षण नही करवाया जायेगा।
