 About the Legal Paid Internship Opportunity:

 The Office of Adv. Mahak Kansara is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to assist with diverse aspects of intellectual property work. This long-term internship offers the potential for conversion into a permanent position.

 Responsibilities:

 - Conduct preliminary investigations and analyses related to IP filings (IP Due Diligence)

- Assist in drafting and reviewing documents and contracts related to IPR

- Prepare content related to IPR (Content Writing)

- Research IPR laws, case studies, and industry trends

 Eligibility:

 - Education: Currently pursuing (final year) or recently graduated with a degree in Law, Business, or a related field

- Experience: Previous internships or coursework related to IPR or legal studies (advantageous but not mandatory)

- Basic Understanding: Foundational knowledge of IPR laws and practices (preferred)

- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for drafting and communication tasks

- Skills: Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively
