Allahabad University Releases 1st CATEGORY WISE Cutoff for B.A Course 2024-25

Prayagraj, 14 September 2024 — The University of Allahabad has officially released the cut-off marks and fee submission schedule for the Bachelor of Arts (BA) admissions for the 2024-25 academic session. As per the notice issued by Prof. Ram Manohar Yadav, Coordinator of BA Admissions 2024, the admission process is based on the results of the Combined Undergraduate Entrance Test (CUET-UG 2024).

Candidates are advised to visit the university’s official portal www.allduniv.ac.in or the Samarth portal (https://alldunivcuet.samarth.edu.in/index.php) for the merit list, seat allocation, and fee submission.

Key Points:

Admission will be granted on the basis of merit, determined by the CUET-UG 2024 best scores in the Language (Hindi or English) and selected Domain subjects.

If a candidate has not appeared for any of these subjects, a score of zero will be considered for that subject in the merit calculation.

Seat allocation is subject to the availability of seats and the preferences filled by candidates.

Admission Categories and Cut-off Marks:

Unreserved Category: 472 to 488

OBC: 428 to 471

SC: 380 to 471

EWS: 434 to 471

ST: No specific cut-off; all eligible candidates can apply.

Urdu Quota: As per the list provided by the Department of Urdu, University of Allahabad.

Fee Submission Schedule: For all categories, the fee submission window begins at 12:00 AM (Midnight) on 15 September 2024 and closes at 5:00 PM on 16 September 2024.

The university has stressed that admissions will be granted strictly on the basis of merit and seat availability.

Note: Candidates must submit their fees within the allotted time frame to secure their seats. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
